Paris: virtualization platform security update

We are applying a security update to the virtualization platform in Paris, which requires rebooting the host nodes. Your instances will be briefly paused and then resume automatically with their running state preserved (no in-guest reboot, no data loss). A typical instance is paused for only a few minutes; the window is wider to cover the whole region. No action is required on your part.
